11- Controlar e dominar o poder judiciário e o poder Legislativo de modo a manter um Presidente Vitalício.

12- Não controlar a inflação; nos níveis atuais é a mais alta do mundo.

A Colômbia, atuando de modo contrário, demonstrou que políticas sociais e econômicas baseadas em ideologias retrógradas e ultrapassadas como em voga no Equador, na Bolívia e a na própria Venezuela, não tem mais sentido no século XXI. Tudo é uma questão de gerenciamento.
